Parts Fax Program - Identifying parts for pre-1985 designs
You tell us the model, serial number and area of the machine needing parts. We fax or email you an exploded illustration of that area with current part numbers for the parts that make up that assembly. Mark your requirements and fax or email it back for a quote or ordering.
Replacement Parts - Same day shipping available
We carry an inventory that includes most parts that normally wear out in service. This permits us to get orders that arrive by 2:30pm (Central Time Zone) out that same day. Many customized components can be made and shipped next day. Your Appleton Customer Service Representative can provide you with the lead time upon request.

Field Service - Onsite repair and training
Field Service Technicians can quickly and efficiently fix any core cutter problem. While at your facility, they can also train operators on best practices and/or answer technical questions.
