Save up to 50% on Service Charges
with Appleton Service Contracts
An Appleton Service Contract provides regularly scheduled service visits which are billed at a lower rate than non-contract rates, with savings of as much as 15%. Our Service Contracts also help you to extend core cutter life, improve performance and reduce costs.
Do more with less…
You may be operating with a reduction in personnel or working shorter weeks. A service contract allows you to more efficiently allocate personnel. You can put your maintenance staff to work on other critical plant issues secure in the knowledge that Appleton will be handling your core cutter related maintenance. The Appleton Service Contract can free up your maintenance staff to work on your other plant projects.
Benefits over Non-Scheduled visit:
Scheduling a visit as opposed to waiting for an untimely incident saves you money. Advanced scheduling allows us to book airline tickets, hotel rooms and rental cars well in advance, which often results in lower prices for these items.
Piggybacking for Additional Savings
With prior knowledge of time and place of a service call, Appleton can arrange other service trips in the area. This allows each company to split the travel expenses, further reducing the overall cost.
How many Service Visits are Required?
The minimum number of scheduled visits for an Appleton Service Contract is two per year. Most customers prefer to arrange 1 visit each quarter for a total of 4 yearly. Your requirements may differ and we would be glad to accommodate your service needs as much as possible. Contact Appleton Mfg. Division for more information.
